Reason #2 – Your Wheels
The wheels on your car have a few different parts that help them spin and turn properly. If the ball joints, tie rod ends, or wheel bearings are faulty or worn, your steering wheel may feel shaky and wobbly when you drive. A bent rim can also cause your car to shake. Rims can become bent when you accidentally bump a curb when parallel parking or when you accidentally drive through a deep pothole.
Reason #3 – Your Brakes
If your car shakes when you apply the brakes, there might be a problem with the brake pads and/or rotors. When your brake pads become worn, metal will be rubbing against metal when you brake, resulting in a vibrating that is felt in the steering wheel and the body of the vehicle. Warped rotors can be a sign that your brake pads need to be replaced as well.

Most vehicles on the road have 2 axles: one that connects the front wheels and one that connects the rear wheels. A minor accident or driving regularly on rugged terrain or bad roads can cause either of your axles to become bent or dented. When this is the root of your issue, the vibration will usually intensify as you accelerate.
